Donna's practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, use, and development of real estate. She counsels individuals and companies on the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, the analysis and resolution of diligence issues leading to closing, and the negotiation of leases for various types of landlords and tenants. Donna also provides counsel on commercial and business law to clients in these and other industries. She served as a Deputy County Attorney for Fluvanna County from 1995-2025 (previously Assistant County Attorney from 1992). She has been a partner of the firm since 1995.

Kristina counsels clients on various issues involving real estate, land use and zoning, estate planning, and general business law. She has experience in negotiating the acquisition and disposition of real property, and in the administration of leases and contracts for development. She provides advice to individuals seeking estate planning and administration services, and counsels small and medium-sized businesses on issues related to contracts, employment, commercial transactions, and other general business law issues. She also has comprehensive experience in the procurement, negotiation, and implementation of local government contracts. She served as Deputy County Attorney for Fluvanna County from 2021 to 2025 (previously Assistant County Attorney from December, 2012). She has been a partner at the firm since 2014.

RICHARD A. DELORIA
BIO
Richie joined DeLoria & Hofmann in November of 2025 after serving eleven years with the Albemarle County Attorney’s Office where he represented a broad range of County Departments and Authorities, including Zoning Code Compliance, Economic Development, Parks and Recreation, Social Services, Public Safety, Human Resources, Information Technology, the Conservation Easement Authority, and the Broadband Authority. He also provided litigation services to the County’s Board of Supervisors. His experience includes judicial clerkships with the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Henrico County Circuit Court, nine-years’ service as a prosecutor and trial attorney with the Albemarle County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, the provision of significant Guardian ad litem services to incapacitated adults and children; and serving as a Lecturer in the University of Virginia School of Law Criminal Defense Clinic.
Richie represents individuals, estates, and businesses in areas including estate planning and administration; small business formation and operation; employment disputes; land use and zoning compliance; and matters involving local government entities.
