The firm was founded in 1992 by Frederick W. Payne and Robert P. Hodous, as Payne & Hodous, L.L.P.  Robert P. Hodous retired at the end of 2019 and Frederick W. Payne retired from the firm at the end of April 2023.  The firm was renamed DeLoria & Hofmann LLP effective May 1, 2023 and continues under the leadership of partners, Donna R. DeLoria and Kristina M, Hofmann.  Donna R DeLoria has been a partner of the firm since 1995.  Kristina M. Hofmann has been a partner of the firm since 2014. DeLoria & Hofmann LLP continues as a boutique general practice law firm, delivering a broad range of legal services to individuals, companies, and institutions.
